Setting Up Your EmailWe have produced this guide to help you set up your email accounts via your chosen email program, such as Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Outlook Express, Apple Mail, Mozilla Thunderbird, etc. To set up your email account you will need to add a new account to your email program, the exact way of doing this varies depending on which program you use, but you usually need to find the add new email account option from the programs menus. Please check the user guide for your chosen email program to find out exactly how to do this (click on the help menu on the menu bar within your email program), we have included links to instructions for the most popular email programs towards the bottom of this page. When adding a new email account you'll be asked to provide some information, this information will of been supplied to you by us upon the launch of your site. The information your chosen email program will usually ask you for is: Mail account type: Please refer to Email Account details we sent through to you. Email address: Please refer to Email Account details we sent through to you. Username: Please refer to Email Account details we sent through to you. Password:Please refer to Email Account details we sent through to you. Incoming mail server (POP): Please refer to Email Account details we sent through to you. Outgoing mail server (SMTP): Please refer to Email Account details we sent through to you. Once you have entered the details, check that it is all working correctly by checking the account for email, when you do this any email messages you have should be downloaded into your email program.
